Easy now. Only Josh Burnham has any production to show as a real loss. This is the new normal. Now
if kids don't play as a freshman or they get in with an agent they are as good as gone.

Speed. Maybe KK Smith. Now only Cam Williams remains, but for how long? This is a big loss. Something is very wrong in the program right now. I believe it is these 3 reasons, in order of effect:
1). ND pays less money than its competitors.
2). Most of the competition does not require students to physically go to class. Almost all classes are taken online. Generation Z widely expects this. I know by first hand experience in trying to hire and retain young engineers. When they are told there will be little or no remote work, most are not interested. ND allows very few online classes.
3). The negative media barrage against ND is working. When a lie is repeated endlessly, people believe it might be true.
Can you pull up their 2024 an 2025 stats and remind me how impactful they were?
If they were some of the best we had, why was there not any action?

These were all expected. In fact, in the new TP/NIL age, it is a necessary roster cull.
Most (not all) of these players were not going to see the field. ND cannot afford to sink money from their allotted NIL cap into noncontributing scholarship players.
Every single program has this now, and we have less than most major programs.
