He talked about stepping away for a year. He's under contract for 2 more years.
We assume Arthur Smith and the rest of Tomlin's staff are gone. Don't know if the GM will be sticking around.
Art Rooney is a lawyer. He hasn't been the best owner around.
Tomlin's departure will force him to show some guts.

Wild suggestions are being made for the next coach. Ryan Day, Cignetti, John Harbaugh, Tommy Rees, Marcus Freeman. I doubt any of those guys are serious candidates.
