Talked to my NFL guy this morning about Mickens
His quote was, "unless ND has a plan to stay within to fill the spot, there will be some top NFL and college DB coaches who desperately want out of where they are and a job at ND with that talent"
He is always spot on. He was the "young guy" years ago that advised Patriots to take Tuitt at 32. Instead they took a damaged Dt, because Urban praised him, from UFla. Belichick would not listen.

worked for NFL since they upgraded in Manhattan years ago. Went to recruiting service which is hired by NFL teams to do research on players. Good friend of Justin Tuck
