While the article claims that he's more of a blocking TE, he had several very good receiving years in Miami.
I think he could have been drafted much earlier if our QB situation in 2017 weren't a wreck.

He's absolutely a blocking TE
He's had over 30 receptions twice and never more than 35.
There's nothing wrong with being a blocking TE. It's a nice payday.
