Targets are stil coming to ND even if they won’t see the field as freshman.

Psu is an unknown for a year or 2 post Franklin

Matt Campbell brought 24 of the Iowa State players with him, and he's going to go with whom he's comfortable. I suspect that more will follow after this season.

Right now, most of the projected depth charts show half of the starters being former Cyclones.
