If Indiana can go undefeated and win the title, why can't LSU? LSU boosters want to hear this.

Fans want to hear this. So does the student body. I have great disdain for what the adults have done to my favorite sport, but that's the world we live in now. It's up to the LSU opponents to prove him wrong on the field.

That, plus Lady Luck can be awfully fickle and cruel.

Coach Cignetti deserves credit for putting forth an excellent team that didn't wilt in the face of the opposition.

Additionally, IU got very lucky on several occasions last year. Even the most diehard IU fans who can think logically will admit this.

Also, the field of opposition was quite weak last year, that the one team that would have taken them to the woodshed, got screwed out of a playoff berth.
