People ran with this and assumed that it was upper body work outs - but this is not known. He would be doing lower body work regardless and thus be listed.
Best case scenario, he will need to rebuild his arm from baseline. It is VERY unlikely that he could so to reach a level high enough to beat out great players like Absher and Augustine who are uninjured, practicing w the team for the past year, and much better than when Jagusah was hurt.
