I wish we could have held onto him, since he's a smart QB, has a good arm, and can throw an accurate ball, but it simply wasn't meant to be.
At least this occurred early in the recruiting process, and there's plenty of time and plenty of fish in the sea.
I'm guessing Coach Freeman goes after another NJ quarterback (Lukas Prock).
As long as we continue to produce fine quarterbacking results, the right ones will come.

Mind that fast from going to the pre eminent catholic university in America to play quarterback?
Lots of Catholic kids go elsewhere, especially in these days of NIL. Yes, I do believe that someone was in his ear. Could be more than one someone.
Wasn’t prepared to commit to ND or was pressured by someone.
Playing time is probably a major factor. We have a nice QB depth chart. Seeing the field early wasn’t likely to happen. Maybe never given our aqB recruiting.
