Marcus is way too classy to point this out, I am not - LOL. Some people think the South has changed - not so much - ask the SEC and ESPN. Of last years teams in Southern College Football Championship (also refered to as the National Championship) 9 of the 12 were from below the Mason Dixie Line and not one Black coach - coincidence - I think not.

Interesting that the graphic shows coaches of teams 1, 2, 4 and 5.

Of course, we're #3

Racists. If John Saunders were still alive, he'd be all over this.

I thought the same. But July is too early for my paranoia about ESPN plots and ND.

Espn is 24/7 trying to get clicks. And they are in bed with SEC and big 10

Convenient so they can play the "we beat each other up" card at the end of the year.

ESPN is always gonna ESPN. They keep pushing the "SEC" but it's clear that they are not as elite

as marketed, since an SEC team hasn't sniffed a Natty since going to a real playoff in 2024. And that's with ESPN stacking the deck last year for almost guaranteeing them someone in the finals. This is the real sign.

Thread Level: 2

Would be more helpful if ESPN reveals the teams they are going to promote and screw at season’s end.

They assume we know the answer to that. One loss and they’ll consider us out. 3 for all others. Also

there can be no mention of their darlings Miami and Texas Tech having weaker schedules than ours (nor past Indiana and Michigan teams). Schedule only maters with us, and the fact teams back out is not considered either.

Thread Level: 3

Exactly. ND will need to go undefeated and unscored upon and maybe, they all will stop bitching.

Just maybe a 3 loss ESPN favorite son won't snake their way into this fiasco.
