Obviously not - They haven't been tampered with. A few States have used Mail-in ballots
for decades with no issues - so why all the crazy talk?
There's always a few (very few - so few it's in the .00001% realm) knuckleheads who try to double vote, but they end up
being caught and the odd thing about them is, it's usually R's who are the fraudulent voters and they have been
known to be candidates of R's committing the fraud.
