the 'economy' has indeed rebounded from the depths of the pandemic in 2020...wouldn't have reached 36,000 if it was "Strangled" as Curly was suggesting...as for today's average, that has an awful lot to do with Putin's war and it's effect on the world economy...not Biden's or the CDC's efforts to control COVID.
