Prayers are always answered...granted, not the way that atheists usually want them answered.

I speak from experience.

Prayers are always answered, first and foremost, by the peace of mind that stepping closer to God always brings. So, I thank you for that.

I will note, though, that I never pray for an outcome.

I usually pray for me, you, world leaders, to have the wisdom, patience, and moral enlightenment to solve the problem. I don't look at God as the problem solver. We are.

I also pray for the moral fortitude to deal with an outcome I don't want...and for those I love to have the same.
