Ike never gutted Defense spending...he just advised using "Prudential Judgement" when allocating

funds for the military...as do the moderates of both parties...there is nothing "Moderate" about the 'Conspiracy Addicted' RFK Jr. (see link)...just wait until "Middle America" gets a load of him on the campaign trail.
