Yea, I am sure that all 358 pages of spin and pretzel twisting of logic and truth are required to pretend that there isn't a two tiered justice system for Democrats vs Republicans under the Biden DOJ.

Actually, Joe willfully withheld those documents over and over and over and over again. Despite special treatment, warnings of when investigators would come, and letting Biden's lawyers do the searching for documents on his premises.

With Trump, they raided his house while still negotiating with his lawyers on the first go around.

and of course, Joe got no raid of his home in the early AM.

2 tiered justice in Biden's World.
