here's the thing:

either he should stand trial like trump because he was fully aware that he unlawfully stole classified document (which he confessed he did)

or

he can't stand trial because he's old, fragile, and mentally incapacitated and wouldn't be convicted anyway.

if a. above, then he should be indicted, found guilty by his own admission, and imprisoned;
if b. above, then he's not competent to be president of a toilet, much less the united states, and should be removed via article 25.
