Don't forget that Bragg's predecessor, Cyrus Vance, Jr., was a highly educated and respected attorney (whereas Bragg is a hack polititian) who investigated these alleged crimes for five years before deciding they weren't worth bringing. AND, the standard in a criminal matter is "beyond a reasonable doubt." AND, all it takes to prevent a conviction is a single juror.

If I wanted to bring Trump down (and I would love to see him fall)... as an attorney this is not the route I would choose. This is the route chosen by someone who is running for office.
