Taliban had quite many insurgency during 14 months which violated their promise. So, US/Biden/Trump can still be committed to Afghan withdrawal of Doha accord. But US/Biden/Trump don't have to follow time frame defined by Doha accord. Again, without time frame Biden actually had more flexibility to plan withdrawal.
