I've said all along paying to be an endless war does nothing. We'd make a much stronger statement

if we provided Ukraine the means to win or cause Russia to find better things to do. Either play to win or get the fuck out, and that would send a very intense message to China, N Korea and others.

As it is, it's like we're a drug dealer keeping someone alive just enough to keep us happy. All this war is showing the "world" is that Americans ultimately lose interest and let it further divide us. Beyond that, you cannot tell me multiple people in Congress on both sides of the aisle are not building generational wealth off yet another endless war.
