Nonsense. If Intel can convince him to change mind, why not give intelligence to other congress mem

Who against the bill so that they can change their minds too? Or why not he told more than half of R congress members who against the bill about what he learned from intel to let them change their stand on the bill?
Also, if he voted no on Ukraine aid bill 2 years ago, it is illogical for him to vote yes today.
