US hold the key, not just on negotiation of Ukraine-Russia, but also on any negotiations of military conflict in this world. Neocon/Neolib want to be the world police and the world developed dependency on the role US has Been playing. But in the case of Ukraine, neocon/neolib invested too much, just ask Nueland and Soros about it. No way they want Ukraine to be neutral.
