Just curious. where does the Koch article say they "want to Defund the Police"? I am aware they are

against the militarization of police and no knock warrants...,but missed where they called specifically for defunding.

Do see this quote with respect to monies spent: "These activities cost taxpayers over $126 billion each year for federal, state, and local police protection. It is essential that we ensure that these investments in public safety are focused on maintaining a safe and orderly society where individual liberty and property rights are secure."

That seems to advocate a responsible use of existing funding as opposed to "defunding".
