I guess that we will see. But failing to offer an policy substance has been Harris' big problem, and she failed to do so again. Just attacks, and of course, the issue of 3 on 1 ganging up of the biased liberal moderators with Harris which seems to have not set well with the undecided voters may also play into it.
The goal of the debate is to sway voters your way, and appearances are secondary.
