Maybe not technically? Supposedly you must be sentenced to be convict? Can any NY lawyers comment?

But, maybe you don't care, and you just want to motivate people to attack Trump.

Even if you are right, 34 convictions (for crimes not defined) are just further evidence of the political weaponization of the justice system.
