The answer to who is running the country is really obvious to all:
On a day to day basis, it is the unelected, DC lifers running the country with Obama’s henchmen placed in the Biden/Harris Adm directing them loosely.
On the big issues, it is self appointed King Obama calling the shots - when he can be bothered.
The Dems want the country to cede its democracy to him. Kamala is another buffoonish puppet of a different sort.
Biden has dementia while Harris is completely incompetent.
