However we do know that djt attempted to commit voter fraud directly in the state of Georgia (not country, something djt confuses in his ads) attempting to coerce a State official to invent or fabricate almost 12K votes for him. We know this because there is a recording of him doing so and an admission by djt himself saying so.

Not only that, djt and his minions coordinated an actual effort to have the then vice president, Pence agree to counting fabricated electoral certification votes as official electoral votes on January 6th 2021 to swing the fully ministerial process of the presidential election to elect the losing campaign, trump to a succeeding term. Otherwise known as the asphyxiation of Democracy.

To create chaos and uncertainty inside the Capitol where the ceremony certification was taking place for Biden, djt and his minions in a coordinated effort devised a physical insurrection from the outside with milita groups like The Proud Boys and The Oath Keepers, stirring up and inciting a mob of willing protesters to join in the numbers to attack the US Capitol.
