Also, the care givers come from the same Medical Schools and Teaching Hospitals that produce specialists for Bipolar Disease, Depression, etc.

Why are you so wrapped around your axle over this issue when those few who avail themselves of such surgeries are 94 - 100% satisfied with the results (per Cleveland Clinic)?...and yet you know so little about it?
