1) He dominates the newsday
2) He has a gift of relating to average people that his opponent most certainly does not - and he uses it. Makes him very likeable.
3) Smartly dressed with long sleeve white shirt & tie underneath instead of trying to be something that he is not like Dems have done. Also, this keeps a level of professionalism that a presidential candidate needs.
4) Mocks kamela who claimed to have worked at McDonalds - a claim questioned by Trump because of lack of evidence and also because she never listed it on her resumes back then. (IDRC what she did then, except it highlights another possible lie in the same vein as the Tim Walz whoppers.
5) Plays great in BG states in Midwest - there are few things as Midwestern as McD's (They serve the BEST Diet Coke btw).
6) Imagine Tim Walz or kamela Harris trying to do this - they can't pull it off. Why is that? Some also think of this when they see Trump doing it.
I hope that the Harris/Walz campaign tries a copy cat effort in response. It will be a magnificent compare/contrast.
