Fake news media's logic is you can not call Xi smart because Xi rules China with an iron fist. Trump just mocked this fake news media's logic.

Of course Xi is smart. Trump just pointed out the obvious. He graduated from Chinese MIT with engineering degree, became a leader of 1.5 billion people whose population of high IQ group is bigger than population of whole canada. Only idiots think Xi is not smart.
