institution with half of its graduates being female...and we discuss all types of issues that affect everyone...including women...YET, there are no women participating in those discussions. This is ridiculous, and should be remedied, since there is absolutely no doubt that they care about such issues and have the capacity and willingness to add very intelligent perspectives.
I'd expect a scholarly person like yourself to be doing all he could to make sure their voices are heard...yet you don't...why is that?
