charges it remains to be seen how he escapes accountability for his actions. Jack Smith has submitted a detailed brief, including evidence, showing why the prosecution believes that Presidential immunity does not apply. IMO, DJT is not "Home Free" just yet and there's a non-zero chance he could face trial and end up in prison...leaving JDV as President. (wonder if that was why he once thought Trump could be "useful"...)

Perhaps some of our legal professionals can share their thoughts.
