As a follow-up to Frank, one has to take into account that a charge is far from a conviction and your claim of evidence amounts to no more than allegations which simply have not been proven at this point in time, before an answer or Rule 12 motion filed. Obviously, you are disappointed but as you querried,, we are indeed a nation of laws and regardless of how strong you feel to the contrary, the president elect has not been convicted of anything.
