Well, you mean ALL BUT the Pfizer and the Moderna, which aren't vaccines in the traditional sense.
Your statement doesn't apply to them...but you implied strongly that it did, and then doubled down by saying "ALL" which again implies the covid vaccines are the same...but they aren't the same, which is where you are being misleading.
