There's a good reason Rex Tillerson called him a Moron...and why he can't get a loan from any

of the U.S. major banks...when you hear him seriously call for an investigation into the use of "Disinfectants" to treat COVID-19...you know you've reached the bottom of the Intelligence Meter. Anyone who can't internalize such evidence and come up with the same assessment that Rex did becomes suspect as well.
