Although I think you are genuine in your beliefs, I think you are wrong. The trouble with DEI is

that it inevitably leads to poor results or mediocrity at best. The best that can be achieved with it is B- results to put it in education terms. Although today's education results are far less than they were 10 years ago, the grades given are higher. Explain that.
