Would you have wanted the Biden administration to condition relief for FLA and the Carolinas on

their acceptance of Democrat choices for changes to state regulations and prevention measures related to hurricane flooding?...is this another one of your "Projection" rules?

Note that Disaster Relief officials in all of the hurricane affected states were effusive in their praise and thanks for Biden's FEMA support.
