Q: How do you 'surrender' a license you don't have...and how do you get a license in Illinois w/o passing the bar exam?

Note: Editors of the Harvard Law Review can be selected for 'affirmative action' reasons...however...the 'President' of the Law Review (which Obama was) is chosen by the other editors...I'm just guessing they saw intellect and an understanding of the law in Barack Obama...but that's just me...anyone can say whatever they want on this forum.
