And he didn’t advance under Trump - just under the two who favored appeasement- Obama and Biden.

He can’t & won’t abandon Uk to Putin, but he can’t get back what was already taken. I expect peace settlement w concessions from both sides or else.

We will see.

And we never, ever should have removed the “FAFO” policy toward Putin.
A.We never should have removed the ban on tech to Putin to let him finish Nordstream II pipeline.
B. We never should have removed our plan to offer oil to EU to reduce their Russian oil dependence.
C. We never should have shown such utter incompetence of leadership in the Afghanistan Withdrawal fiasco.
D.never should have ignored Uk pleas for arms as Putin amassed for weeks on the border and then only started helping when world and home political opinion shifted toward helping Uk, …..(remember Obama would only give Ukraine blankets during the Crimean invasion in ‘14, and Hillary responded by simply “Trying to hit the reset button” with Putin - Biden was following this thinking in ‘21 at the start of the second Putin invasion.
E. And we NEVER EVER should have given the “Green Light Speech” where doddering Biden said that the US would tolerate a “minor incursion”.
