They are different in 2 very important ways.

1) DOGE will only do what the elected president lets it do. USAID will do whatever it wants.

2) DOGE wants to save tax payer dollars. But USAID wants to set up a slush fund for your side to pay its cronies with US taxpayer dollars while promoting a wacko liberal agenda.

So, no, they are not equal.

One is good, and subservient to elected leaders. The other (USAID) is not.
