DOGE is not a constituted agency of the govt. USAID only spends money that has been duly authorized by Congress. Don’t like it. get Congress to change it or eliminate it. Or let an Un constituted so called advisory group just eliminate it illegally by autocratic edict of the executive because they will illegally do what you can’t get Congress legally to do.
