You fail to grasp that a President must still honor the rule of law and the Constitution.

The electorate sent Trump to the White House. That is Democracy.

But, there are three branches of government in the United States. And we have laws.

It is not a dictatorship or an oligarchy as you wrongly assume.

Hence, we have a bunch of injunctions and litigation afoot.
