Generally, i will say this (even though you will ignore it): The pardon power rests solely with POTUS. Biden pardoned some bad S.O.B.'s. Trump's turn with the power. Whatever.
I get that the pardon power is abused, but I'd rather have it than not have it, so we must take the bad with the good...from all presidents. If you weren't outraged before, why now?.... because you are a partisan. After Biden's unprecedented abuse of the power, you might want to keep your fake outrage secret...you would have more credibility that way.
