His views hold weight in politics and he sometimes has astute observations. I have a favorable opinion of him but not as a lantern.

We / I have questioned many of his comments/opinions on issues - C19 - Kamala Harris - and agreed with him on guns - Climate issues.

He’s not stupid he just made an extremely poor choice giving trump explicit and allusions of normalcy - one by the visit alone and two by giving a review on his show - Similar to the mistake made by Mika Brzezinski & Joe Scarborough. In fact, much like the kowtowing by corporation heads and world leaders. All thinking they’re above the fray - spoiler alert, they are not.

And not only that, by being on his show he gave Steve Bannon (another insane jackass criminal) celebrity - a voice and a platform.
