Act to strengthen U.S. supplies of critical components that matter most to our security (as opposed to sneakers)...along with the strengthening of Asia/Pacific alliances vs China...something that Trump is feverishly trying to destroy.

Trump's mission is to weaken, if not destroy America...the last thing his Handler, Vladimir Putin, wants is for America to be Great...and Vlad doesn't like China being the "Boss of Him" either...that relationship is very transactional as well...as explained in previous posts.
