....the fact that our % in Europe equals the % devoted to the vast territory of the Pacific where our greatest enemy grows ever more aggressive is proof in itself that the NATO allies in Europe are not carrying their load.

I don't expect much from Montenegro, but Germany?! You have to be a major Globalist and apologist not to acknowledge Ned's point.
