Trump’s tariff nonsense has been strictly performative, that Trump “is a tough guy, fighting for us.”

No plan, no substance, no commitment, no consistency.

In contrast, China plans and strategizes, albeit with more political flexibility than us, as there are no checks on power. But, they are smart.

Trump isn’t. His tariffs have proven to be disastrous. The adults had to rescue the child from himself.
