Not sure how you come up with that interpretation...there are 'numerous' articles written in the

same vein as the attached...entitled "Loving God in our Neighbor"...Spreading "Love" throughout the world (our neighbors on this planet) seems to fit well with Christ's teachings/messaging...and demonstrating it through organizations like USAID, is a tangible way of doing that...as different U.S. political parties have done.
