I live it and you’re off base. The amount of young families moving to my area alone is crazy.

There are many new developments with single family houses being built in my county. These are not for retirees. Florida used to be for the retired crowd. Not anymore. Dumbass COVID rules in blue states pushed people here. The house next to me just sold. Single mom and her brother with 2 kids under 5 coming from the northeast.

Thank God Florida is solidly red with a common sense Governor. It’s going to attract young families and drive property value up.
