It has nothing to do with the blatant unconstitutionality of what Barry is doing.
It has everything to do with what the R's in Congress would have to do to stop it; that being shut down the government including lots of important stuff that they would be blamed for. They are unwilling to pay that political price. Their feckless spinelessness in no way excuses what Obama has done.
But it's laughable to suggest that they don't do anything because they think it's constitutional. They don't do it for self preservation. His highness knows that and continues. And so it goes.
