...especially when you consider that the force is spread out over a large surface area given the blunt, broad surface of the SUV along with the soft, pliable nature of the abd wall skin and muscles.
She was bearing down fast. Her turn toward the road to the right may have started before she was shot, but she may have been trying to run him over as she veered right, she may have been trying to avoid him and failed, she may have not been trying to avoid him at all....we don't know because at that point, she forced the agent to defend himself.
