Answer this. Iran was committed to developing nuclear weapons, can we agree on that?

So how was this JPCOA going to keep it in check when they were committed to developing one? And these inspections required giving the Iranians 24-day notice, more than enough time to hide whatever they needed to hide. Do you really believe if this agreement were still in place Iran would have given up trying to develop a nuclear weapon?
